For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account:

Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hahpkr will never request your password via email, chat or any channel other than the official HTTPS-secured login portal. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately. hahpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as the operator's cashier supports at the time of registration. The selected currency cannot be changed once the Account has been opened. All balance statements, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests and transaction histories will be displayed in the Account's designated currency.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly administrative charges in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy as published in the account management section. hahpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the source of funds for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, in some circumstances, the closure of the Account.
hahpkr does not impose deposit fees in most cases; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying applicable third-party fees before initiating a deposit.
Important: Deposits made through payment methods that do not permit gambling-related transactions under the provider's own terms are the sole responsibility of the User. hahpkr accepts no liability for funds declined, reversed or held by third-party payment providers. Always verify your payment provider's applicable terms before depositing.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through hahpkr are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out herein and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Full contribution tables are published in the applicable promotional terms.
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using prohibited staking patterns, colluding with other users or making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses with no genuine intention to play — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
Where bonus amounts are quoted in PKR on informational pages (for example, "up to PKR 25,000"), these figures are illustrative of the type of welcome offers commonly available and are subject to the operator's published eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. hahpkr does not guarantee that any specific bonus amount will be available at the time of your registration.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the most recent qualifying payment method, subject to applicable regulatory holds and verification requirements.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion — if you require self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes, you must activate this tool specifically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

hahpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors or formatting — may be made without notice.
The version of the Terms published on the platform at the time of any transaction or interaction constitutes the applicable Terms for that transaction or interaction. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
